Trestle Design Studio is a residential interior design studio in Richmond, Virginia. We work on full renovations and new construction — kitchens, baths, butler's pantries, whole houses — for homes that already have a history.
Every decision answers to how you live in the room: where the light lands at six o'clock, where the backpacks go, how many people end up standing at the island. Nothing is applied for show.

Annie founded Trestle to work the way she believes design should be practiced: in the house, with the family, planned out with real sketches to match your project. No signature style stamped on a client's home — the opportunities your unique space tells us it could be, overlayed with how your family tells us it has to work.
The result is a home that photographs well, sure, but more importantly, one you can live in on a Tuesday. (And where everyone's shoes are put away.)

Meetings and site visits
Regular time on site with you and the builder, so decisions get made in the room they affect rather than over email.
Procurement and install
Ordering, tracking, receiving and put in its place — down to the last shade, pull and lamp.
